Wagtail 8.0

Wagtail 8.0 introduces a v3 REST API for read and write CMS operations, support for custom base page models, and a global permission-policy registry. It also includes five security fixes covering admin APIs, collections, page translations, document identification, and snippet copying, alongside formalized Django 6.1 support.
